Working as a user experience analyst for BusinessOnLine was an incredibly rewarding experience. I remember my favorite day when we went as undercover shoppers to discover employees perspectives on the different brands of a product they carried.
Wireframes were an interesting tool used to describe to a customer how their content would be laid out. My preferred program was Visio. It was quick and easy to put together an entire website. The low fidelity nature lended itself to being changed regularly as well. Here’s an example of a website wireframe I built.
